I received only 25% of the manual with my plane, and with no experience working with carbon fibre and no one nearby with relevant expertise I've been worried about having to make repairs. Fortunately all my problems to date have been with some silly aspects of the engine installation and rather shoddy maintenance of other hardware. (For example, all the visible bearings in the control system are ball bearings. In chasing down a bit on noise from the rudder I was shocked to find the rudder has spherical bearings which need regular lubrication. There was no sign anyone had sprayed lubricant on them, ever.)
The structure of the plane seems very solid and well designed.
