Mack Engh's G200 was completed in 1997 by Bill Crawford, owner, and Len Fox, AkroTech. Mack bought it in 2007 with 240 hrs. It now has 440 hrs. I fly Advanced and plan to try Unlimited in 2010. It has an IO-360 parallel valve LyCon engine.

Kit #17

Jim Wells wrote in December, 2008: This is the kit that was begun by Jeff Seckendorf about 1995. Jeff did some of the work in his shop in Satatoga Springs, NY, and some of it at Composites Unlimited in OR. The plane is on the gear. All flight surfaces are closed. The wing root fairings are not yet attached to the wings. The engine cowling is not fitted. There is no plumbing or wiring. I've had this kit for about 10 years, and have made very little progress on it. My new years' resolution for '09 is to move this project forward. I'm thinking of doing the RV gear mod. I've scheduled a trip in January to Colorado to see Phil DeTurk's 200 to see how he did the gear mod and gather some more inspiration.

Paul Thompson purchased this kit from Jim in the summer of 2011. It spent a few weeks in Phil DeTurck's shop in the spring of 2012, where Phil worked on a number of items and gave it a good going-over. Joe Folchart, of Aircraft Cylinders and Engines in Greeley CO, built up the engine.

Kit #11

This kit belongs to Vittorio Primultini. He was an AWAC team member for the Italian team in 2002. He is corresponding with me (Bob Freeman) as he finally gets going on his kit (2/7/2009). He is looking for advice on any and all things that people would recommend. He has had this kit in it's current state since at least 2002 and probably longer ago than that.

N220JW

N220JW is a G200 built by Leonard Fox. Its first owner, after the builder, was James Whiteford. Doug Lovell and John Fellenzer bought the low time airplane as partners in 2008. Doug is currently training to fly IAC Advanced category competition with the airplane. John competes in the Intermediate category.

The plane has an AEIO-360 experimental Lycoming four-cylinder engine that produces in excess of two hundred horse power. The builder installed an electrical system with navigation lights, strobes, and a turn-and-bank indicator. We generally fly with the breaker pulled for the turn-and-bank as most of what we do would seriously confuse or harm the gyro.
